We are so excited to get EarthArt back up and running for 2013! We took a break for about 3 months to welcome someone pretty exciting into our lives. I think it's an understatement to say that we are head over heels for this little fella! Griffin Douglas Kaehr:

Designs made from pallets are a staple of TreeHugger; they are cheap and ubiquitous. British designer Sarah Williams shows how she made this lovely table and four chairs from pallets, every step of the way.

Hello 2013! The Wood Shack has arrived...

Hi everyone!

I am really excited to get this blog started here in 2013. For those of you unfamiliar with my business and website, I want to welcome you to the Wood Shack. The Wood Shack is the official blog of my business, EarthArt by Wendy.  You can visit my new website at www.earthartbywendy.com.

EarthArt by Wendy is an eco-friendly, home decor shop that specializes in reclaimed wooden artwork. Some of my top selling items are our hand-painted wood coasters and our famous painted tree rings.

I shut my site down back in November due to the arrival of my newborn son Griffin! He was born on December 22nd and we love having him in our lives. He has been an awesome little guy so far and I find myself loving him more and more. Don't worry I'll post some pictures of him at a later date!

My Etsy shop will be up and runnning as of March 1st! So be sure to check out what we have to offer. If you don't see a particular color scheme you like, don't worry, I do custom orders too. Just shoot me an email: earthartshop@gmail.com.
